The place to sign up for the newsletter is in the upper right corner of every page of the blog.Leahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03674869334249298532noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7302142022228564326.post-53007122339184670042014-01-31T22:52:54.719-05:002014-01-31T22:52:54.719-05:00Hi Leah, For some reason I have not been getting y...Hi Leah, For some reason I have not been getting your link to your new classes. Or you could rip it out.

Personally I would leave it because ripping will be time consuming and really not the point of this project. The point is to learn, and with this block, right on that pleat, you learned a valuable lesson about fabric shifting.

The choice is yours, but I hope you won't beat yourself up about the pleat. I've certainly stitched a whole ton of them into my quilts and they still finished fine!Leahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03674869334249298532noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7302142022228564326.post-50116634226173939592014-01-26T16:29:31.298-05:002014-01-26T16:29:31.298-05:00Hi Leah. To quickly answer your question - it's okay if the borders don't end up exactly 10 inches square, and it's also okay if the edges aren't even. All the blocks have an extra 1 inch added all around to make them easier to quilt, so understand you will not be quilting to, or using, the entire block to make your quilt.Leahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03674869334249298532noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7302142022228564326.post-27000517591011028832014-01-25T13:23:59.919-05:002014-01-25T13:23:59.919-05:00I'm having difficulty making the nine patch sq...I'm having difficulty making the nine patch square. I'm fine with the square until I attach the top and bottom boarders. Did I miss a correction or have I made a mistake making the nine patch squares?
Thanks.Zeldahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10965629429096915956noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7302142022228564326.post-84952442905330981262014-01-24T15:57:30.420-05:002014-01-24T15:57:30.420-05:00Leah, where can I grab the button for the FMQ Proj...Leah, where can I grab the button for the FMQ Project Link Up.
