I do tend to choose more modern patterns nowadays, whereas in my beginning I chose mostly repro-era patterns and fabrics. Almost all have been as gifts or donations, with a handful I've kept for here at home and have done a couple of commissions; about nine are still currently on the spare bed waiting for the right homes. And yes, I've been through many different phases of colours - brights, pastels, all sorts!
